**We are looking for Venture Scouts to join the next batch of Growth&Glory’s Venture Scout Program.**

This is an opportunity for smart, driven individuals who want to establish themselves in the venture ecosystem and monetise their networks.

You might be an analyst, a community builder, a podcaster, an event organiser, a well-connected founder, a recent MBA graduate, or a rising ecosystem star of any kind — as long as you are a natural networker with an eye for high-potential deals and a strong interest in emerging technologies, we would love to hear from you.

**Your Role**

You will serve as a resourceful connector between the network of founders and Growth&Glory.

**Your Responsibilities**

- Identify promising ventures that fit the
Growth&Glory
scope
- Initiate early-stage conversations with founders
- Facilitate strategic introductions
- Attend networking and industry events
- Review pitch decks
- Prepare detailed deal memos
- Gather relevant information and insights to inform investment decisions

**Your Background**

- Strong, ever-expanding networks within the ecosystem
- In-depth, up-to-date knowledge of the startup landscape
- Strong business acumen and the ability to assess a venture’s potential to grow, scale, and generate revenue
- A proactive, go-getter attitude
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional intellectual capacity, long-term perspective, and positive mindset
- Interest in Deep Tech, Climate Tech, and AI
