**Job Description**
Client Data & Analytics
- Collect, validate, and analyse client data from internal systems.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of datasets across regional markets.
- Identify patterns, trends, and behavioural insights using a wide range of KPIs.
Reporting & Storytelling
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and quarterly business reviews.
- Transform complex data into clear narratives and actionable strategies.
- Present insights to non‑technical audiences and support decision‑making.
Client Insights & Projects
- Analyse results from Voice‑of‑Client (VOC) and other client insight programs.
- Provide qualitative and quantitative insights to enhance client engagement.
- Support cross‑market projects and contribute to long‑term client strategies.
**The Successful Applicant**
**Qualifications & Background**
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Solid academic foundation from a recognised leading institution.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in analytics, client insights, CRM, or business intelligence.
- Proven international exposure (studies or professional experience abroad).
- Fluent in English; French is an asset.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent command of Excel and Power BI.
- Ability to build clear, compelling narratives from complex data.
- Experience in stakeholder management and presentation to leadership.
- Rigor, organisation, autonomy, and attention to detail.
- Polished communication style aligned with luxury industry standards.
- Ability to influence without aggressiveness, with cultural awareness and discretion.
