For our client, an international company based in Kaiseraugst, we are looking for an Automation Engineer Pharma Engineering (m/f/d).

📝 General Information

● Start: ASAP

● Duration: 1 year with option for extension

● Location: Kaiseraugst

● Workload: 100%

● Remote/Home-Office: max. 1 day per week

🚀 Tasks & Responsibilities

● Support for existing and new automation systems that are (or will be) integrated into the company infrastructure.

● Operations engineering with the goal of ensuring the maintenance of production at all times.

● Continuous optimization of process plants and evaluation, testing, and recommendation of new technologies.

● Proactive support of business partners in the definition and initiation of investment projects, including cost estimates and timelines.

● Participation in (and leading of) interdisciplinary teams composed of internal and external employees and companies.

● Independent execution of sub-projects in all project phases with responsibility for costs, deadlines, resources, and technical solutions.

● Support during audits and inspections by internal departments and authorities in the areas of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and SGU (Safety, Health, and Environment

🎯 Qualifications

● Completed professional training or university degree as a Technician / Engineer in the field of Automation, Electrical Engineering, Technical Informatics, or comparable.

● A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the automation environment, preferably with a pharmaceutical background.

● Very good user knowledge of automation software, for example: Siemens PCS7, TIA, WinCC or other systems like B&R, etc.

● Experience with the vertical connection of plants to superordinate systems (e.g., Automation Pyramid / PI & MES).

● Solid experience in the GMP and GAMP (Good Automated Manufacturing Practice) environment. ● Willingness to work in an agile, self-organized work environment.

● Very good German language skills are required; English and French language skills are an advantage.

● High social competence, team player mentality, and very good communication, coordination, and organizational skills in dealing with stakeholders and at all levels of project work.
